Service Automation Architect (Integration Architect)

The TIBCO Information Technology (IT) team is looking for a Service Automation Architect to build the next generation automation framework. As a Service Automation Architect, you will perform diverse and challenging set of assignments encompassing a full range of information technology design, development, implementation, documentation, troubleshooting and maintenance work using TIBCO technologies and latest Web development technologies.

This role is responsible for developing solutions to strengthen and expand our integration framework to enhance automation and user experience  for members of the IT organization and user community.  You will be working in a fast-paced, results-driven, collaborative environment using agile methodologies.
Skills & Requirements

  • Participate in requirements analysis, design, development, testing  and implementation of software solutions
  • Develop technical solutions to a wide range of application integration problems - solutions should be imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organizational objectives
  • Build and manage complex integration solutions consisting of SaaS and back office applications, IT service management/governance tools hosted on-prem and on public cloud environments
  • Liaise with external providers to resolve any issues in the integration of cloud applications, cloud based infrastructure and other cloud services with existing IT Systems
  • Rapidly research and prototype new application based solutions to address new business problems and use cases. This will include requirements gathering, scoping, high level design and effort estimation
  • Use latest web development technologies to design and develop UI/UX for customer portals
  • Evaluate, analyze, scope, recommend, maintain, and support integration solutions that help usher users toward increased self-service
  • Act as a lead influencer of innovation, automation, and process improvement within the User Services organization and beyond
  • Follow agile project management methodologies in terms of delivery of projects and communication
