Recruiting Coordinator

Entry Level

Trintech | Accounting/Finance

The Recruiting Coordinator will provide day-to-day support to our recruiting team.  This individual will assist in various projects and initiatives to support the long term success of our organization.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, run and distribute key management reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Manage the utilization of all job posting sites
  • Administer, track and report on candidate pre-employment assessments
  • Serve as the point of contact for external partners/vendors and portfolio companies
  • Audit our applicant tracking system to ensure that recruiters are using HireBridge effectively, post all requisitions and ensure HireBridge is accurate at all times
  • Complete background checks for required employees
  • Provide pipelining and sourcing support to the full cycle recruitment team
  • Schedule interviews
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Skills & Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • High level proficiency running reports in MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and well organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
