Job Title: Services Lead Family: Management
Function: Support & Services
Job purpose
The Services Lead is responsible for day-to-day coordination of implementation team projects and initiatives, recommending process improvement, and ensuring the overall operational fluidity of the team. This position requires a professional capable of working independently with little instruction, providing feedback and coaching to the team, understanding the global impact of PowerSchool Software Solutions, and driving process improvement for sustained operational efficacy. Additionally, this position will mentor, coach, and answer questions for fellow employees.

Duties and Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Lead/direct daily work of a team; identify roadblocks and provide early resolution
• Coaches employees on day-to day matters; first level response for employee questions
• Provide performance feedback to Manager, Professional Services
• Actively participate in team meetings
• Addresses any customer satisfaction issues
• Manage Project Status list to ensure team projects are on track
• Work with Manager/Director , Professional Services to create and maintain a repository of Project Templates to be standardized across teams
• Compile data sets that will provide analysis of monthly and yearly trends against Services budget
• Proactively identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Conduct data analysis; evaluate business processes; determine business needs; identify requirements; develop data system analysis; and provide constructive feedback
• Perform reporting, testing and maintenance of enterprise systems and identify alternative methods for better operation and use
• Create and deliver ad-hoc analysis and all other duties as assigned
• Mentor and coach employees, first level response for employee questions, and lead team meetings
• All other duties as assigned
Skills & Requirements

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years’ prior experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to mentor and coach employees
• Ability to thrive with a heavy workload and multiple projects with frequent interruptions and schedule changes
• Ability to maintain positive attitude and foster a collaborative and unified work environment
• Willing to work in Shifts and/or US overlapping hours depending on the project assignments
