Web Experience Manager


MINDBODY | Marketing

The Web Experience Manager (Manager, Digital Marketing) will be responsible for driving technical direction and architecture of MINDBODY’s corporate website and other digital properties. This role will lead a cross-functional team of creatives and software developers to develop scalable revenue generating digital programs and will work with a diverse group of internal stakeholders to define business opportunities and then drive end-to-end digital solutions. In this role, you will oversee website production & management, UX/UI design, CMS management & maintenance, and 3rd party technology integrations. You will ensure that every MINDBODY page and property is optimized to help us grow, participate in full-funnel conversion optimization, and support stakeholders across the company with optimization expertise. In addition, you will be a critical steward of MINDBODY’s digital presence and brand. 

Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing-related or technical field 
5+ years of technical field experience in digital marketing position or technical web role.
Direct experience managing digital assets, from brief to delivery.
Experience leading growth and performance oriented teams
Intermediate knowledge of HTML/5 coding with at least 2 years of experience.
Experience with web content management systems, such as Drupal.
Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices.
Strong quantitative orientation (must love spreadsheets) 
Internet savvy and proficiency in office productivity tools, such as Microsoft 365 apps.
Basic Photoshop skills
Adept at multi-tasking and juggling a variety of time-sensitive projects in a deadline driven environment

Develop a roadmap, understand stakeholder business goals, and develop powerful data-driven insights and inspiring creative ideas that will drive awareness, engagement, satisfaction and conversion across our digital properties. 
Manage a team of web marketing specialists and be accountable for the coordination of all day-to-day website content production, maintenance and experimentation activities.
Deliver against assigned website conversion goals, while still optimizing for a delightful user experience with digital content. This includes creating test strategies, developing the tests, and working cross functionally to analyze and share results.
Lead a cross-functional team of creatives, developers, and other subject matter experts to develop scalable web solutions that business goals, supporting with prioritization, decision-making and external communication throughout development cycles.
Manage external agencies and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. 
Collaborate with Digital Acquisition, Brand & Communications, Content Marketing, Product Marketing and other teams to plan and execute digital experiences by ensuring that the web team have appropriate technical specifications, clear and concise direction and resources to deliver projects effectively and on target. 
Work in collaboration with other team members and subject matter experts, prototype new content types for the web pages, interactive tools, and rich HTML experiences. 
Lead research efforts into current and emerging web technologies and issues in support of web development efforts.
Track impact of projects within position responsibility to assess their impact on channel performance, and communicate results and progress against goals to senior leaders on the marketing team.
Serve as a point of contact within the organization to intake, manage and implement web/email deliverables, working closely with the creative team to produce required creative assets as needed.
Facilitate weekly scrum process meetings for respective functional teams, as needed. 
Work with the International Marketing team members to develop strategies and processes for keeping web content on the various language sites relevant and accurate, and support with content and coding updates, as needed.
