Jamf | 135 - Sales Channel

The Channel Account Manager – MSP is responsible for building and enabling the Jamf Enterprise MSP partners in the Americas and globally.


  •  Identify, recruit, and enable new Enterprise MSP partners
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan with existing and new MSP partners to dramatically grow business with assigned Enterprise MSP partners
  • Identify, enable and support Enterprise MSP partners in their efforts to position and sell Jamf solutions as part of their Apple Managed Services offerings
  • Develop targeted campaigns, success metrics and investment cases with strategic MSP partners
  • Choose and attend appropriate partner and industry events/tradeshows to engage existing and potential MSPs and communicate the Jamf value to their customers and prospects
  • Work with Jamf Channel Marketing team to plan channel marketing spend for MSPs, create relevant content for MSP sales enablement, and manage Co-Op (contra-revenue) fulfillment
  • Provide resolution for partner/customer issues, and engage Jamf sales teams where appropriate, ensuring follow through by appropriate Jamf employees Identify MSP business and technical needs relative to JAMF features and benefits, and communicate opportunities for improvement to Product Management
Skills & Requirements

  • 5 + Years Channel sales experience, emphasis on engagement with Managed Services Providers (Required)
  • Channel sales related to the Apple platform (Preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of motivations for MSPs and their customers (Preferred)
  • Channel and/or MSP operations, field and product marketing (Preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively present business and technical concepts to all levels of a managed services organization
  • A highly-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with a CRM platform (preferably SalesForce.com) required
  • Exposure to Marketo or a relevant marketing automation platform is preferred
