Sales Operations Specialist

Jamf | 110 - Sales Admin

The Sales Operations Specialist’s primary role is to support the Japan sales team with operational and enablement efforts to help maintain and grow business.  This role will collaborate with various departments in the Jamf organization to ensure the team receives sufficient support and enablement to drive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Assist to develop, modify, and distribute standard and ad hoc Salesforce management reports and dashboards to better understand the overall business unit
  • Analyze information to identify trends, patterns, gaps, and insights into the business to help drive efficiency and improvement for the Sales Team
  • Provide reports to manager to hold the Sales team accountable to established metrics and goals
  • Coordinate with the Global Revenue Enablement team to ensure that content, training materials and sessions are in place and up to date to ensure that information is communicated consistently to employees
  • Builds the business case for making a change to current practices, programs, or procedures
  • Act as liaison between Jamf and our localization contractor to translate existing and future training and enablement resources to help increase efficiency and proficiency of the Sales Team
  • Organize time, projects, and meetings using tools like Confluence, Slack, Dropbox, and Outlook to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
  • Adjust and organize workload as necessary to meet team processes and timelines
  • Other duties as assigned

  • 2 years+ in sales, support or services experiences (Required)
  • 2-3 years working on a team providing customer training or support (Required)
  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) OR directly relevant career experience
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
