Skills & Requirements

  • Support our Customer Success, Product (PSG), and Legal team, and actively consult and partner to drive a high performance culture
  • Achieve a deep understanding of the business strategy and support organizational changes by developing and implementing appropriate change management plans
  • Build relationships with the leadership team, establishing mutual trust, escalating and pushing back as appropriate for optimal organizational growth and development
  • Consult with the leadership team on Organization Development initiatives such as reorganization, workforce planning, and talent initiatives
  • With a strong understanding of HR fundamentals, collaborate with HR specialist teams and help deliver HR Programs (organizational effectiveness, career development and rewards) to employees and managers with flexibility, responsiveness and high standards
  • Promote an inclusive team culture and high employee engagement
  • Lead necessary employee relations issues with sensitivity, maturity and a thorough understanding of employment law
  • Partner with HR Analytics team to deliver data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention and the employee experience
  • Working with Learning and Development, coach and educate P&T leadership and management team
  • Pursue successful completion of project initiatives with drive, collaboration and excellence
  • Communicate and coordinate with global HR team to ensure efficiency and positive team culture
