Responsibilities

·        Develop strong relationships with publisher's audience development and technology teams

·        React with sense of urgency to solve problems and look for ways to improve operational efficiencies

·        Track and record customer performance and conduct quarterly business reviews or on a need basis

·        Coordinate with Director of Client Services to plan, maintain and track a high level of customer service

·        Work with customer contacts to understand their digital needs

·        Work with the ZINIOpro/Digital Solutions team to ensure the best viable SAAS solutions are presented to the client

·        Work proactively with the ZINIOpro team to implement ZINIOpro digital pro solutions. Monitor and maintain the health of the publisher’s existing services with ZINIOpro

·        Identify upsell opportunities within the assigned book of business

Handle and qualify new leads from marketing efforts for both newsstand and other ZINIOpro services.

·        Handle and resolve all AR/AP issues by working with Accounting and Finance teams

·        Coordinate with marketing teams for publisher promotional activities

 

Required Skills & Experience

·        Be an exceptional teammate who is enthusiastic about providing white glove client service and follow time sensitive responses

·        Advanced problem resolution skills, communication abilities and excellent follow through 

·        Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and match them with appropriate products and services

·        Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years experience in account management

·        Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

·        Experience in account management for magazine publisher a plus

·        Experience in account management for a technology company a plus

·        Experience in Content Management System a plus

·        Graphic Arts, Photoshop, Photo Editing skills preferred
