We are hiring Major Account Executives to join our team in Germany. Our German HQ office is located in central Munich. Home-Office is of course supported.

Skills & Requirements

The job holder will be expected to perform the following:-

  • As a Major Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales cycle, adding value to your clients.
  • You will use sales methodologies such as MEDDIC to qualify opportunities at new and existing prospects, based on leads generated by Marketing, BDR, Partners and yourself.
  • You will identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships to learn what keeps them awake at night. Together, you qualify how TIBCO solutions can add value to their organization.
  • You will orchestrate building the value proposition to the customers’ needs, bring in pre-sales and analytics specialists for technical proof-points and “wow” the customer with creativity and timely and accurate execution. “Under-promise” and “Over-deliver” is your mantra.
  • At TIBCO we believe sales is a team sport. You will receive and contribute mentorship, help, and sparring to drive value for your customers while making the deals happen in time.
