Marketing Operations Associate

We are looking for an up-and-coming marketer to join our team as a Marketing Operations Associate. This role will be responsible for executing Numerator’s marketing programs and reporting. You will manage campaign execution, program and team reporting, budget tracking and database cleanliness. You will work cross-functionally with the Sales and the Marketing teams to assist with the lead-flow process, all while learning about strategy and measurement in different channels. The individual we are looking for has the complete package – highly organized, results oriented, full of integrity, and couples strategic analysis with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Execute campaigns to drive lead acquisition and engagement including: industry-specific campaigns, nurturing and engagement campaigns for the different stages of the buyer’s journey and ad hoc campaigns (cross-sell, upsell, etc.)
• Maintain core marketing operations processes to support collaboration and communication throughout the marketing team
• Maintain critical marketing metrics, custom reports, and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions throughout the Marketing team
• Distribute weekly funnel and program reporting along with monthly and quarterly Board reporting
• Utilize strong project management skills to track and deliver critical marketing system projects and operational projects on time
• Track marketing budget and spend to ensure proper tracking and attribution of campaign dollars
• Manage database accuracy: including updating, de-duplication, and importing & exporting records
• Assisting team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested
• Liaise between the Sales and Marketing teams
Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1 year of previous marketing experience, preferably B2B
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing automation
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, combined with a high level of initiative
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high-growth environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities, and be willing to “roll-up your sleeves” to drive organizational change
• Strong attention to detail and complex processes
• Ability to work well with variety of different people at all levels of the company
• Excellent organizational skills to monitor and prioritize multiple activities at once
