You will help us to on-board, train and integrate new businesses joining Advanced through mergers and acquisitions.

You will be based in the Mailbox – our stunning Regional HQ in Birmingham City Centre, which provides the best opportunity for a vibrant social life with colleagues and outside of work.

What you will be doing

·        Focus on delivering functional learning within Sales including new businesses joining the company through acquisition.

·        Identify opportunities to improve Sales Performance by crafting bespoke blended training interventions (developing workshops as well as eLearning to drive measurable improvement).

·        Be instrumental in designing and delivering key elements of our sales mastery programme.

·        Support our talent team in their on-boarding programmes within Sales and look for opportunities to accelerate the learning curve and reduce failure rates among new staff.

·        Develop positive relationships with Leaders and Managers across Sales and allied business functions, providing consultancy on staff training issues within their areas as well as feedback and mentorship as required.

·        Follow up on development actions with delegates and managers to ensure behavioural change.

·        Develop assessment material that can be used to support recruitment and development decisions.

·        Gap analysis of existing training content and creation of new training material.

·        Building and working to strict project plans and deadlines.

·        Travelling to multiple Advanced sites and aligning all aspects of the sales cycles.

·        Supporting and working closely with the rest of the Sales Enablement team on short-medium term ad-hoc training modules and wider projects.

What you'll be good at

  • Significant experience of working within the Sales Function of a business of equivalent size
  • A full understanding of the learning cycle
