The individual must have excellent Recruitment experience, preferably in IT domains, with working knowledge on any ATS. He/she must have acumen towards Data reporting, HR Data management and PPT/Excel expertise. Must have exposure to HR Generalist activities.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


·       Own the end to end Recruitment for assigned roles – Source and scout (Job boards, Social Media Hiring, Passive Candidate Search), screen, and recruit the best talent on time

·       Campus Strategy formulation and execution

·       Stakeholder Management. Ensuring superior candidate experience and managing Onboarding activities

·       Market Intelligence and Benchmarking

·       Publishing Recruitment dashboards


·       Create effective analytical reports on a periodic/ad hoc basis to analyze employee information and recommend systemic improvements

·       Maintain the HR Systems and ensure accuracy at all times


HR Generalist

·         Enable managers with proactive solutions to address people challenges and foster a positive work environment which upholds the organizations values and culture

·         Ensure positive Employee Relations practices; counsel and/or coach employees and managers regarding employee issues including performance management, talent management, compensation and benefits and policies

·         Work with managers to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives

·         Oversee and monitor the implementation of the overall HR strategy and report progress to leadership


Qualification and Competencies                                         

To perform the job successfully, an individual should have the following experience and demonstrate the following competencies/skill/knowledge

·       A professional degree in Human Resources with 4-5 years of relevant work experience

·       Should have experience on recruitments trends, different Job portals and social networking sites

·       Strong exposure in HR Data management, report generation and Power Point Presentations

·       Good exposure and interest in other HR activities

·       Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

·       Should be a team player

·       Analytical Skills – Must have good problem-solving skills, the ability to adapt quickly and learn the business logic

·       Networking and Decision-Making Skills

·       Excellent communication in English both oral and written, proficiencies in other languages is a plus
