As part of the HR team, you will be supporting an employee base of close to 4,000 employees, the Senior Compensation Analyst will join a high-caliber, commercially savvy HR Function and work alongside the Senior Reward Business Partner to initiate, drive and embed International Compensation practices and principles.

You can look forward to bringing your expertise to the team in two major areas:

  • Responsible for compensation intelligence services to the HR team, collecting and analyzing internal and external market data in line with the Company’s reward philosophy
  • Collaborate with the team to provide support to various regional and country-specific compensation projects and processes

 

Skills & Requirements

  • Own the maintenance and development of salary ranges
  • Analyze market data and prepare results / proposals to be shared with Senior HR Management
  • Collaborate with the team on cyclical reward events such as salary focal and bonus allocation
  • Work closely with HR customers on ad-hoc compensation analysis
  • Conduct internal / external total reward benchmarking
  • Participate in identified salary surveys throughout the year
  • Consult on updates to TIBCO’s job profile framework
  • Assist with reward analysis recommendations/ proposals to support geographic expansion
  • Develop business focused and pragmatic solutions to reward challenges
  • Create and maintain a job description repository, aligned with internal job levels
  • Apply job evaluation techniques in a fair and consistent manner
  • Exposure to a variety of HR projects not just projects linked to compensation
  • May assist in side by side analysis on all aspects of reward in a M&A scenario
  • Participate in data audits in systems such as Workday
