Pricing Manager

Granicus is looking for a Pricing Manager to work in our St. Paul office. The Pricing Manager will ensure compliance with pricing requirements, identify and analyze legal issues and drafting key documents. The ideal candidate is driven, resourceful and has impeccable attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure pricing compliance by maintaining procurement vehicle/schedule tracking, contract management, and reporting to avoid pricing inconsistencies
  • Implement and manage internal pricing list approvals and processes
  • Collaborate with the Product Team as they create and update pricing
  • Assess the risk of new pricing models and structures
  • Collaborate with the Business Systems Team to ensure systems are structured for accurate and efficient quoting
  • Manage pricing schedules
  • Own reseller tracking and management
  • Work with Finance as necessary on procurement vehicle reporting
  • Add products and pricing for new acquisitions to a prioritized list of schedules
  • Support Sales Enablement on pricing training by providing procurement vehicle and reseller information, as well as respond to clarifying questions from Sales Enablement
  • Create and maintain positive and productive relationships with internal teams and external contacts
Skills & Requirements

Who You Are:

  • You have 1+ years’ experience in pricing management or 2+ years’ experience working with various pricing structures in a contract, legal, or financial role
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment
  • You have advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • You maintain organization in complex projects
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • You enthusiastically expand your knowledge and skills to meet the needs of a dynamic technology company
  • You are experienced with CRM systems
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree
