Erik Smith joined Vista Equity Partners in 2024 and is a member of the private equity Foundation team.

Erik has been actively involved in numerous Vista Transactions, such as Amtech and Joblogic.

Prior to Vista, Erik was an investor at Denali Growth Partners, where he focused on middle-market investments across various sectors. Before Denali, Erik worked in Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Erik began his career in the U.S. Air Force.
