Fei Lucas joined Vista Equity Partners in 2021 and is a member of the private equity Foundation team.

Fei has been actively involved in numerous Vista transactions, such as ARCOS, ESO Solutions, TigerConnect and Vena Solutions.

Prior to Vista, Fei was a Vice President at The Riverside Company, where she focused on middle-market buyouts of software and services companies. Before Riverside, Fei worked at OMERS Private Equity, where she focused on large-cap buyouts across various industries.
