Godfrey Gill joined Vista Equity Partners in 2019 and was Managing Director on the Capital & Partners Solutions team before joining Vista Credit Partners in 2024.

Godfrey focuses on engagement and development efforts.

Prior to Vista, Godfrey was a Managing Director at Lyrical Partners, where he focused on institutional sales and marketing efforts and a broad cross-section of institutional clients throughout North America. Before Lyrical, Godfrey was a Managing Director at Karsch Capital Management, where he served in a variety of roles, including client services, sales, marketing and as a member of the Investment team. Prior to Karsch Capital, Godfrey co-founded and was Head of Investment Research at Keel Capital, an equity long/short investment firm focused on companies in industries undergoing disruptive change.
