Henry Low joined Vista Equity Partners in 2023.

Henry’s role focuses on driving engagement with Vista’s key strategic partners globally and expanding Vista’s international reach, network and scale to unlock new opportunities for growth across the platform.

Prior to Vista, Henry spent over six years in investment banking, most recently as a Senior Associate at Evercore in the Hong Kong Generalist M&A Advisory group, where he focused on the origination and execution of M&A, capital raising and capital markets transactions. He was also responsible for leading the coverage of key financial sponsors and corporate clients in the region. Before Evercore, Henry worked in the M&A group at Maybank Investment Bank, a leading Southeast Asian investment bank.
