Jim Hansen joined Vista Equity Partners in 2023.

Prior to Vista, Jim was Chief Operating Officer at Hill Country Asset Management, where he oversaw the launch of the firm’s flagship fund and was responsible for designing and implementing operational infrastructure to support equity and fixed-income products. Before Hill Country, Jim was Managing Director at MKP Capital Management, where he managed the middle office team, supporting all MKP investment teams and financing activity.
