Jingcai Zhu joined Vista Equity Partners in 2025 and is the Global Head of Product.

Prior to Vista, Jingcai was a Managing Director at Motive Partners, where she led the product and project management functions within investor relations. Before Motive, Jingcai was Co-Founding Partner and Head of Investor Relations at NewVest and a Managing Director at Riverstone Holdings, where she focused on investor relations, capital formation and corporate development for both private and publicly listed vehicles across asset classes, including private equity, credit and infrastructure. She started her career in investment banking.
