Phillip Barber joined Vista Equity Partners in 2021 and is a member of the private equity Flagship team.

Phillip has been actively involved in numerous Vista transactions, including representative transactions such as Avalara (NYSE: AVLR), Cloud Software Group (NASDAQ: Citrix), EAB, InvoiceCloud (NYSE: ESMT) and SimplePractice (NYSE: ESMT).

Prior to Vista, Phillip was an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America, where he worked in the M&A group, advising technology businesses.
