Ryan McMorrow joined Vista Equity Partners in 2021 and is a member of the private equity Endeavor team.

Ryan focuses on partnering with growth-stage SaaS and technology companies. He is actively involved in numerous Vista investments, including current portfolio companies Gnosis Freight and Resilinc. He was previously involved in BigTime Software and Gatekeeper.

Prior to Vista, Ryan was a Vice President at TVC Capital, where he focused on growth investments in software and technology-enabled businesses. Before TVC Capital, Ryan was Chief of Staff to the CEO of Micro Focus (NYSE: MFGP), one of the world’s largest pure-play software companies. Prior to Micro Focus, Ryan was an Investment Banking Associate at Goldman Sachs. Ryan began his career as a naval officer in the U.S. Navy.
