Vince Burkett joined Vista Equity Partners in 2011 and is a member of Vista Equity Partners Perennial, the firm’s permanent capital investment fund, and sits on the Perennial Fund Investment Committee.

Vince has been actively involved in numerous Vista transactions, such as Accelya, Aptean, Autotask, Bullhorn, Ellucian, Misys (now Finastra), Mitratec, Relias and SumTotal.

Prior to Vista, Vince was the Executive Chairman and CEO of Ventyx (a former Vista company), where he led the company into one of the largest and most successful independently owned software companies for energy and utility companies through an aggressive acquisition and integration strategy, along with an intensive program for organic growth and operational improvement culminating in a strategic acquisition of Ventyx by Zurich, CH based ABB. Before Ventyx, Vince was a Managing Director at Alvarez and Marsal Business Consulting and Co-Founder and CEO of SourceNet Solutions (a former Vista company).
