Zara Malik joined Vista Equity Partners in 2022.

Prior to Vista, Zara was a Summer Analyst at LLR Partners and an Investment Research Intern in the Small Cap Opportunities team at Wellington Management.

Before Wellington, Zara was a Research Assistant in Angela Duckworth’s lab at the University of Pennsylvania, where she contributed to the development of psychological interventions designed to teach high school students character strengths such as grit and a growth mindset.
