Digital Marketing Specialist

The DigitalMarketing Specialist is responsible for owning and optimizing the marketing technology stack. You will own marketing automation and best practices for key systems such as Marketo, Salesforce, WordPress and Hootsuite.  In this role, you will build campaigns, analyze results, and measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns. You will identify trends and insights in order to optimize spend and performance, brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, and plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. You will collaborate with the regional and segment Marketing teams to create landing pages and optimize conversions, utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and touch points, and evaluate emerging technologies. You will lead the continued growth of our organization by creating, optimizing and managing the marketing technology stack to attract, engage, and qualify Marketing leads.

  • Own Marketo email campaign analytics and best practices for all regions. Align campaigns with regional and product marketing plans and programs
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign activity and ROI and use insights to optimize and grow demand
  • Drive improvements and innovation in relation to lead and pipeline management
  • Support the Marketing team with blog execution through WordPress and maximize for inbound lead generation
  • Grow and nurture leads through multiple marketing campaigns across numerous channels to the point where leads are ready to engage with the Business Development team
  • Manage Marketo instance to ensure that all campaign data is flowing correctly between Salesforce and Marketo
  • Troubleshoot and test Marketo campaigns, workflows, data issues, reports and other key marketing ops functions
  • Assist in implementing and optimizing the Martech stack as it continues to grow
  • Execute A/B testing and real-time personalization strategies, with focus on reporting and continuous optimization
Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Marketo Certified Expert with 1-2 years of experience designing, building and executing B2B marketing campaigns and admin components in Marketo
  • Excellent experience and knowledge of Digital Marketing, Marketing Database, Social Media, SEO, PPC and Demand Generation Campaigns
  • Proven experience with WordPress, Hootsuite (or equivalent), Moz (or equivalent), Google AdWords and Google Anlaytics
  • Strong understanding of both SFDC and Marketo analytics with the ability to set up dashboards for tracking and reporting on marketing’s impact on pipeline and ROI
  • Excellent analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with competing deadlines and multiple priorities
  • Strong understanding of content marketing strategies and best practices
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage editorial schedules and deadlines within ongoing and new campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML and Excel (pivot tables and VLookup tools)
