HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator profile is  responsible for providing day-to-day support for HR activities, Benefits and Payroll activities at Numerator. Act as a resource for employees by providing service and guidance for HR related issues and activities..  Coordinate activities with vendor providers and employees and advises employees on eligibility, coverage, and other benefits matters.  Compiles and maintains benefits records and documents.


·         Administering the employee health and welfare plans

·         Providing resolutions to any benefit related issues

·         Executing payroll and benefits process

·         Recommending corrective actions in payroll, benefits and other HR programs

·         Be the bridge between the employees and the insurance providers

·         Ensuring the active utilization of plans related to HR curricula and services

·         Aiding on any benefits related problems

·         Helping human resource processes

·         Administering enrollments, changes and separations in the organization

·         Facilitating the new employee on boarding process

·         Aiding with the recruitment and the interview process

·         Taking care of employee requests and queries

·         Sharing matter for the company newsletters

·         Maintaining and updating the employee records and managing the employee access control

·         In charge of any additional ventures in Human Resource department as assigned

Skills & Requirements

·         Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar profile (HR Operations, Payroll and Benefits and other Human resource activities) is mandatory

·         Knowledge of the statutory compliance's and the tools for managing the same

·         Knowledge of processing ESIC and PF

·         Expertise in Microsoft Office, outlook and ready to learn new software’s

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills as required

·         Team management skills and organizational are mandatory

·         Should be eager to take ownership of responsibilities
