Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts

The Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts will lead and manage all aspects of the Enterprise account program including the landing of new strategic  accounts and retention of existing accounts across our customer base in Europe

You will primarily identify and build a strategy to win and bring onboard new multi- location wellness businesses across EMEA.

As part of the retention strategy, exposure to new products for our top accounts will also be part of the primary responsibility of this role - increasing overall product utilization, introducing new products and offerings, and managing the process and strategy. The Senior Manager should have the ability to influence global teams and strategy and will have accountability in a global matrix work environment

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Identify and build a strategy to win and bring onboard new multi- location wellness businesses across EMEA.
  • Design overall strategy for the Strategic Accounts team and manage revenue goals for the team
  • Responsible for maintaining an average health Net Promoter Score across the strategic account portfolio
  • Develops, implements, and leads programs for the Strategic Accounts team
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Understands competitive marketplace and develops strategies to retain accounts
  • Liaison to product teams for Strategic Accounts product roadmap
  • Works closely with our marketing team to develop Account Based Marketing strategies for corporate owned and franchisor/franchisee accounts
  • Develops strategies and plans that can be rolled out globally in the support of Strategic Accounts
  • Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period
  • Designs, develops and delivers operational reports and analysis, i.e., status of findings, exception report of unworked opportunities, and projected cost savings/increased revenue that demonstrate product Return on Investment; provides recommendations

 

 

 

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of Enterprise/Strategic account responsibility, across multiple EU territories
  • 5+ years previous supervisory experience, preferably with large accounts
  • Expert analytical skills, sound business judgment, and a high level of initiative, creativity, and flexibility
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, balancing both strategic and tactical responsibilities
  • Highly skilled in the areas of developing positive professional relationships with business executives, entrepreneurs, industry leaders, studio owners, and other professionals
  • Adept at the ability to think analytically and apply learnings to complex client situations
  • Keen evaluator of talent, with the ability to lead high performing team
  • Experience in the fitness and beauty industries a plus
  • SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • Inspirational leader with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Propensity for web technologies, CRM, and sales enablement tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
