POSITION TITLE: Sales Development Rep (UK)

DEPARTMENT NAME: Sales

REPORTS TO: Sales Development Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The two things we focus on in this position is developing your personal skills and setting you up for career growth. As a new hire, you will be given a promotion path and we hold ourselves accountable to giving you the skills to advance. This program focuses on building product knowledge and developing sales skills through training and development. We are looking to hire our next future superstar closer and continue to build a culture of promoting from within. 

The SDRs qualify outbound leads and create opportunities for closing sales reps. They are responsible for seeking out new opportunities via web, lead generating tools provided by the company, as well as reactivating leads already in CRM. They will create awareness of the MINDBODY product, increase interest level and set up a demonstration of the software with one of our software specialists.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard.
• Able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time and read a computer monitor.
• Able to read and comprehend reason and analyse.

Skills & Requirements

Great phone demeanour and professionalism. Ability to communicate clearly, listen thoroughly and respond quickly. Must be familiar with the Internet and somewhat technology savvy. Other qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or similar experience
• Able to think quickly on their feet and respond to prospect rebuttals
• Ability to function under pressure 
• Works well within a highly competitive environment
• Ability to achieve and maintain individual goals
• Exercises great team work and enthusiasm
