Aaron Gupta joined Vista in 2014 and is a member of the private equity Foundation team.

Aaron has been actively involved in numerous Vista transactions, such as Allocate, ARCOS, Bullhorn, FLASH, Joblogic, Lone Wolf, PowerSchool (formerly NYSE: PSWC), Poppulo, Regulatory DataCorp and Upserve. In 2019, Aaron worked at LogicMonitor as the Director of Value Engineering, where he helped build out the company’s sales enablement and value-selling capabilities. He was also named one of GrowthCap’s Top 40 Under 40 Growth Investors in 2023.

Prior to Vista, Aaron was a Middle-Market Private Equity Investor at Irving Place Capital and an M&A Banker at Greenhill & Co.
