Lily Perez

Lily Perez joined Vista Equity Partners in 2017 and is Co-Head of Vista Agentic Labs and a member of the private equity Flagship team.

Lily leads Vista Agentic Labs, unlocking value across the AI ecosystem for Vista as the firm’s applied AI and innovation hub. She manages Flagship Fund AI strategy and initiatives and serves as operating partner for Cloud Software Group. Lily is a member of Vista’s Operating Committee and previously led the Go-To-Market practice on Vista’s Value Creation Team.

Prior to Vista, Lily ran economic development engagements at McKinsey, and later led corporate development, strategy, and transformation at CEB, culminating in an exit to Gartner.

Lily co-founded Generation Enterprise, a social mobility business accelerator in Nigeria and India, and also served as an advisor to the Board of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where she helped design and launch the Giving Pledge.
