Prior to Vista, Susie was a Corporate Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where her practice focused on M&A and other transactional matters. Before joining Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Susie worked for several years at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York. Susie is a member of the State Bars of New York and Texas.
