Matthew Liang

Matthew Liang joined Vista Equity Partners in 2022 and is responsible for supporting Vista’s capital formation activities, serving as a product specialist for Vista’s Flagship private equity strategy.

In this role, Matthew partners with Vista’s Flagship private equity investment team and regional coverage officers to drive Vista’s fundraising strategy and deepen relationships with Vista’s limited partners.

Prior to Vista, Matthew was part of J.P. Morgan’s investment banking division, where he advised leading technology companies and financial sponsors on structuring and executing capital markets transactions. While at J.P. Morgan, Matthew worked on high-profile equity deals across the technology sector, including transactions for some of Vista’s current and former portfolio companies.
