Pavan Mahtani joined Vista Equity Partners in 2024 and is a member of the private equity Endeavor team.

Pavan focuses on partnering with growth-stage SaaS and technology companies. He is actively involved in numerous Vista investments, including current portfolio companies Dentira, OfficeSpace and Portside. He was previously involved in iCIMS, LifeLoop (formerly iN2L) and OneAdvanced.

Prior to rejoining Vista, Pavan was Chief of Staff to the CEO and GM of New Businesses at Veho, a crowdsourced last-mile logistics business disrupting retail and supply chain. Earlier in his career, Pavan was a Senior Associate at Vista.

Prior to Vista, Pavan was an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse in the Financial Sponsors group. While at Credit Suisse, he covered private equity firms and supported on projects including sponsor-led LBOs and financing, M&A, credit refinancings and restructurings, and other advisory initiatives.
