Stephen Foster joined Vista Equity Partners in 2014 and is a member of the private equity Foundation team.

Stephen has been actively involved in numerous Vista transactions, including representative transactions such as Aptean, Mediaocean, Menlo Security, Solera and Vertafore. He was also named one of GrowthCap’s Top 40 Under 40 Growth Investors in 2024.

Prior to Vista, Stephen worked at Parthenon Capital Partners, where he focused on executing buyout transactions and working with portfolio companies. Before Parthenon, Stephen worked at Greenhill & Co., where he advised clients across multiple industries on M&A.
