Bessie Watts joined Vista Equity Partners in 2020 and is responsible for the firm’s board program and community engagement efforts.
Bessie was named PEI Future 40 Leaders in Private Equity in 20241 and one of Insider’s 100 People Transforming Business in 20222.
Prior to Vista, Bessie was a Director at CARE USA, where she was the Operational Lead and Chief of Staff to the Innovation team and Chief Innovation Officer. Before CARE USA, Bessie spent the majority of her career at Morgan Stanley.
