Betty Hung

Betty Hung joined Vista Equity Partners in 2007 and is an Operating Managing Director in the Flagship Fund.

Betty also serves as a member of Vista’s Executive Committee, the firm’s governing and decision-making body for matters affecting its overall management and strategic direction.

Betty currently sits on the boards of Cloud Software Group, EAB, OneAdvanced and Pipedrive. She was previously on the boards of CentralSquare, Cvent (NASDAQ: CVT), EagleView, Finastra, Infoblox, Marketo, PowerSchool (NYSE: formerly PWSC) and Xactly and was actively involved with the firm’s investments in BigMachines, SirsiDynix, Sovos, Sunquest and Zywave, among others. Prior to her role as a Managing Director, Betty was an Operating Senior Vice President, served as the Chief Financial Officer of SumTotal and was the Chief Operating Officer of Vista Consulting Group.

Prior to Vista, Betty worked at Garnett & Helfrich Capital, OSIsoft, Goldman Sachs and Alex. Brown & Sons.

Outside of Vista, Betty serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Girls Who Invest, a non-profit organization that Vista was the founding partner of and that is dedicated to increasing the number of women in the investment management industry. Betty also serves on the Dean’s Board of Advisors at Yale School of Management and the President’s Advisory Council at Wellesley College.
