Nick Grisius

Nick joined Vista Equity Partners in 2019. 

He is a member of the private equity Foundation team. Nick has been involved in numerous Vista investments, including Kibo, Sonatype, TRG, and Vena. He was also formerly involved with the firm’s investments in Gatekeeper, Lifeloop, Salesloft, SmartBear and Vertaforte. Nick has also supported portfolio companies across 10+ add-on acquisitions and divestitures.
