Nick Prickel
Nick Prickel joined Vista Equity Partners in 2012 and is a member of the private equity Flagship team.
Nick has been actively involved in numerous Vista investments, including active majority investments in Acumatica, Applause, Avalara, Gainsight, KnowBe4, Model N, Smartbear, Smartsheet and Solera, and other investments sold to sponsors and strategic buyers, including Aderant, Aptean, BigMachines, Bonterra (formerly Social Solutions), Granicus and Jamf.
He was also named one of the 12 Dealmakers in Private Equity International’s Future Leaders of Private Equity in 20251 and one of GrowthCap’s 40 Under 40 Growth Investors in 20212.
From 2015 to 2016, Nick worked directly for the management team at Aptean as Director of Strategic Operations, where he led the sourcing and integration of seven add-on acquisitions.
Prior to Vista, Nick was an Investment Banking Analyst at Rothschild in New York.
