What you’ll do at Jamf: 
The Technical Support Associate position works within the Customer Experience department to provide technical support for customers related to the installation, troubleshooting and integration of Jamf products and supporting technologies. You’ll get to expand your knowledge in different technologies ranging from Microsoft Azure to F5 Load Balancers. From bash to powershell, from Windows XP to Ubuntu 16.04.

Skills & Requirements

* Professional working proficiency in English is required
* Professional working proficiency in German is preferred
* 1+ year previous experience in technical support and/or systems administration
* 1+ year with Mac OS, iOS, and server platforms nice to have 
* Strong Customer Service Skills
* Ability to communicate complex technical terms in an easy to understand, non-technical manner
* Ability to perform troubleshooting and problem-solving tasks related to systems, networks, and hardware
* Capacity to multi-task and quickly prioritize duties
