The OEM Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing all aspects of the sales cycle within the OEM channel in Asia, responsible for selling TIBCO OEM products within their designated accounts to maximize customer satisfaction, while maximizing sales revenue. 
Skills & Requirements

You will:

  • Build and execute 12-month business plan per partner including enablement, key goals, revenue objectives, education, and regional/local initiatives
  • Recruit, negotiate and close new partner agreements
  • Enable and manage partnerships. Typical targets are MSPs, CSP services, ISV, Manufacturing companies, Fin Tech companies
  • Deliver and exceed revenue objectives
  • Generate prospect pipeline in the assigned territory
  • Understand partner’s business and how TIBCO products can enhance their value proposition
  • Accountability for all assigned  partner and partner prospect activity
  • Partner with direct sales and presales team to act as necessary
  • Development and maintenance of reference partners
  • Manage and own the executive relationships with the partner
  • Travel will be required
