Digital Marketing Manager – Mid Market

This role will be pivotal in helping to build both Mid Market pipeline and brand awareness. They will work in conjunction with the marketing team to build the Digital Marketing GTM plan. How is this role different from other DMM roles? You will have a unique opportunity to build, refine, and grow the GTM plan. You will have end-to-end responsibility from (strategic development to flawless tactical execution). From a digital perspective, you are the proverbial hand to shake.
Analytical skills are a given, but you will also need to get out of the day-to-day weeds and leverage thought leadership skills to identify opportunities, market trends, and sustainable KPI’s. You will have to work across the company and build 2-way bridges with sales, product marketing, and customer experience.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Develop a Website traffic plan and create the corresponding goals and benchmarks for plan attainment
- Generate monthly reports to show performance
- Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and online user review tools
- Optimize Website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability
- Managed global paid media programs (including budget)
- Google Analytics and Google AdWords Certified
