Customer Success Manager - Construction

Customer Success Managers possess the drive and desire to gain understanding, build relationships and identify opportunities with Construction clients of all sizes and needs in order to build a deep overall understanding of their customers.  You will develop an understanding of enterprise client infrastructures and assist in determining opportunities to implement scalable processes.  Driven individuals with a strong desire to win and strong relationship building capabilities, both with clients and internally is key to this role. The position provides our clients with white glove service. You must possess a strong sense of the collaboration, be extremely organized, and be capable of making the optimal decision and implementation for both the customer and EagleView.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understand workflows specific to the Construction Vertical, Distribution, Manufacturing, Contractors.
  • Interface with decision makers and key back office personnel to facilitate and monitor EagleView contract and sales programs.
  • Manage the set-up of new and existing accounts into workable hierarchies as needed by companies.
  • Understand our customers objectives and become a trusted right-hand advisor to both internal and external customers.
  • NPS Scoring both internal and external.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and dig in to customer needs.
  • Building Contacts through outreach
  • Account Maintenance – ensure everything is functioning as expected (high level account monitoring)
  • Working Through customer needs such as one-off requests, projects, demos, follow up, meeting prep
  • Other duties as assigned
