Sales Support Executive

We are looking for driven individuals who’d like to reimagine their future in a rapidly expanding company. Our Business Operations team is an extremely important and integral part of our company and manage a number of business critical processes.

As a  Business Operations Executive, you will be based in the Mailbox – our stunning Regional HQ in Birmingham City Centre, which provides the best opportunity for a vibrant social life with colleagues and outside of work.

 

What you will be doing

  • Working as part of a close team, you will be tasked with the following:
  • Work in close partnership with the sales teams and customers to provide support for sales opportunities
  • A point of contact for customers for short order requests
  • Provide salesforce assistance to the sales teams for complex quote support and guidance for system best practice
  • Management of opportunities from creation through to quote creation and completion
  • Work alongside the Sales Operations Executives to ensure orders are raised correctly, salesforce sales data is maintained and kept up to date and correct processes are adhered to
  • Provide ad hoc support to sales teams at times of peak activity
     

What you will be good at

  • Experience using Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills
  • Well organised, with the ability to work proactively in a team, in a busy environment
