Inside Sales Representative | Japan

The Inside Sales Representative is a key member of the Japan & South Korea (JSK) Sales team and works with sales and technical members to grow new business from existing and new customers, and Resellers to meet revenue goals.

 

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer’s/partner’s needs and propose appropriate solutions to them
  • Keep learning about Jamf’s solutions and values to explain our business values to the customers and partners
  • Maximize generating sales opportunities and revenue from assigned area.
  • Enter new opportunities and related information into Salesforce and manage sales activities
  • Report sales actual and forecast (the number of sales opportunities/ the amount of revenue) on weekly/monthly basis
  • Process customer’s transaction such as pricing quotation and purchase orders accurately
  • Manage whole sales process of opportunities (small- to mid-size) from generating opportunities to closing the cases
  • Take over large size or complicated opportunities to Account Executives appropriately
  • Visit customer’s site accompanying with the partner’s sales for product demonstration or explanations
Skills & Requirements

  • EducationBachelors Degree
  • 3+ years sales experiences of intangible products or SaaS products.
  • Native Japanese language
  • General experience using CRM solutions, Salesforce / SAP
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Apple Keynote (of Microsoft Powerpoint)
  • Having strong ownership to improve sales processes and strategies in order to maximize sales revenue within the assigned area
  • Good communication skills to work together with internal stake holders like Sales Engineers and Support Team
  • Ability to study customer’s position, circumstances and needs to build relationships of trust

Preferred Qualification

  • Business-level English(Mail, Video conference)
  • Business experiences in sales operations

Travel: 20% including international travel for training in Minneapolis, MN
