Training Team Lead

The Team Lead, Revenue Enablement will oversee the delivery of Revenue Enablement learning programs, balancing instructional effectiveness and operational efficiency to meet established learning and business objectives.  They will work cooperatively with stakeholders, business managers, recruiting, and Learning & Development (L&D) to plan and administer both ongoing and ad-hoc learning programs with the highest possible quality.  The Team Lead, Revenue Enablement is responsible for implementing and delivering new hire boot camps, ongoing training, and strategic programs in both classroom and virtually-led environments.  This position leads a team of dedicated trainers, and works in partnership with Revenue Operations, business managers and L&D under the direction of the Manager, Revenue Operations.

Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years’ training experience in mid-size organizations
Related training certification preferred
Experience delivering training for multi-location call centers preferred
Prior experience working within the software industry is preferred
Highly skilled classroom and online facilitator
Practical application of Adult Learning Theory and learning evaluation metrics
Excellent presentation and writing skills
Must have an excellent work ethic, be a strong team player, and consistently meet project deadlines
Possess a positive and proactive attitude 
Result-driven mentality and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
Must be willing to travel to other MINDBODY offices and attend off-site training programs for professional development and company meetings
The candidate must have practical experience with: 
o Learning Management and Enablement Systems (e.g. Saba, SalesHood, Allego); 
o General productivity software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite). 
Experience in teaching in the online or hybrid environment; experience using Zoom or other synchronous online applications preferred
Experience with instructional technologies (e.g. Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, etc.); graphic production technologies (e.g. Photoshop); audio/video development technologies preferred

Develops, leads, and manages a team of trainers to ensure effective, high quality training delivery.
Regularly evaluates and provides feedback to trainers and Revenue Enablement Leadership.
Delivers and supervises training experiences using a variety of instructional techniques and formats; such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, lectures, and other new technology.
Ensures timely maintenance of training content, materials, exercises, activities, and assessments.
Oversees class administration using learning management system and enablement management system.
Provides regular reporting on learning evaluations, effectiveness, and impact on business objectives.
Works closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to manage program delivery and maintain project plans.
Works with Revenue Enablement team to ensure ongoing evaluation program effectiveness.
Provides input on learning planning and strategy to the Manager, Revenue Enablement.
Manages sensitive and/or confidential data appropriately.
Performs other duties as assigned.
