The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for coordinating and supporting recruitment activities including, but not limited to: applicant sourcing, screening, applicant tracking system management, travel arrangements, interview scheduling, and recruiter support.

Skills & Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree preferred
-Previous coordination or administration experience is preferred, though not required
-Excellent organization skills and oral/written communication skills
-Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
-Ability to learn new software programs
