What you’ll do at Jamf:
At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. The Product Operations Administrator I will work within the Business Operations team to provide administrative assistance on all product operations day-to-day tasks as well as long-term projects. This role needs to have a basic understanding of enterprise software and work well in a team environment.


Responsibilities

  • Ongoing CRM data hygiene 
  • Execution of delegated product information changes and requested updates impacting direct and partner sales 
  • Collaborates with Channel Distribution Manager on enablement for US and Canada distributors in relation to products, terms, conditions and pricing 
  • Assists with communication and enablement materials for product, promotions, terms, conditions and price book updates 
  • Works with Product Operations Team to innovate on processes, workflows and documentation
  • Execution of delegated tasks related to implementation, QA and enablement for channel program changes 
  • Assists Product Operations team with additional projects where needed 

 

Skills & Requirements

  • 4year / Bachelor's Degree (Preferred); a combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Required)
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools (Required)
  • Experience in enterprise software sales (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with Apple's ecosystem (Preferred)
