Derek Klomhaus joined Vista Equity Partners in 2015 and is a member of the private equity Foundation team.

Derek has been actively involved in numerous Vista transactions, such as Energy Exemplar, Granicus, Infoblox, Mindbody, Power Factors, PowerSchool (NYSE: PWSC), Tribute Technology, Wrike and Zego (Powered by Paylease).

Prior to Vista, Derek worked at Credit Suisse in the Healthcare Investment Banking group, where he advised clients in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. These projects primarily included M&A, equity and debt offerings, and other strategic advisory initiatives.
