Kristina Mourlot joined Vista Credit Partners in 2013.
Prior to joining Vista, Ms. Mourlot spent over nine years in lending at GE Capital, initially with GE Capital’s captive investment group, performing credit analysis on existing and prospective borrowers of GE Capital and the last seven and one-half years in GE Antares Capital. Ms. Mourlot served as a Vice President at GE Antares, where she underwrote senior debt transactions supporting private equity-backed acquisitions primarily in the middle market space across a variety of industries with facility sizes ranging from $27 million to $550 million. Ms. Mourlot has worked on deals ranging from single bank facilities to lead syndication roles on large credit facilities involving numerous investors. Ms. Mourlot’s experience with investment opportunities includes traditional leveraged loan transactions, portfolio acquisitions, distressed credits, and equity co-investments. Ms. Mourlot has over nine years of leveraged buyout experience and she has evaluated and synthesized 100+ new transaction opportunities.
Ms. Mourlot also sits on the Board of Directors for Friends of the Children – Chicago, a local chapter of a national non-profit focused on stopping the generational cycle of poverty for at-risk youth in Chicago.
